CYBER Award

The CYBER – Cyberspace, Behaviour and e-Therapy Erasmus Mundus Joint Master is a two-year interdisciplinary program combining behavioral sciences and computational fields to study and intervene in human behavior through digital technologies. The program brings together students from Human Behavior (HBB) and Exact Sciences and Engineering (EEB) backgrounds and is jointly offered by Universidade Lusófona (Portugal), the University of Barcelona (Spain), and Université Paris Cité (France). Students collaborate in interdisciplinary CYBER Teams (CYBER-T) throughout the program (www.cyber-t.eu).

The CYBER Award recognizes outstanding research conducted by MSc and/or PhD students. Eligible work must focus on the application or validation of digital technologies—such as VR, AR, XR, and AI—to better understand or intervene in human behavior. The award, valued at €300, is open to students from both CYBER tracks. Applicants must attend the CYPSY29 Conference in person and present an oral communication of original research. The award will be presented by Professor Pedro Gamito, Head of the CYBER Program.
