Interactive Media Institute

The Interactive Media Institute (IMI) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to using advanced technology to improve patient care.

IMI promotes the application of technology in healthcare by sponsoring national and international workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses. The institute also conducts research and clinical trials, with a special focus on virtual reality, telehealth, video game virtual reality, and human-computer interaction.

IMI collaborates with leading experts from around the globe who are pioneering the use of virtual reality, multimedia, computer-generated avatars, and personal robots to treat both mental and physical disorders.
